New in sellerboard: Powerful Updates for Smoother Operations & Better Profit Accuracy

Posted on Categories Profit Dashboard, sellerboard Features

We’ve released a series of upgrades designed to save time, improve data accuracy, and give you more control over your Amazon business — from managing product costs to tracking stock movement and optimizing reporting.

1. Batch Assign COGS to All Variants

Updating your Cost of Goods Sold just got faster.
Now you can apply a new COGS to all child ASINs of a parent product in one click. This is perfect for seasonal changes or supplier price updates and ensures consistent cost tracking across all variations.

2. Business Order Tagging

Amazon Business orders are now automatically flagged with a “Business order” tag in the Order Items page, making B2B transactions instantly recognizable.

3. Deferred Refunds – New Control

A new setting, “Ignore deferred refunds until released”, prevents historical profit changes caused by delayed Amazon refund reports.
When enabled, refunds are booked on the date Amazon releases them instead of the original return date — keeping your past reports stable.

4. Stock History Report – Sent to FBA Column

We’ve added a “Sent to FBA” column to help you track when and how much stock has been sent to Amazon.

5. 2D Barcode Support for FBA Shipments

When creating inbound shipments in sellerboard, you can now generate and print 2D barcodes for faster and more accurate warehouse processing.

6. Product CSV Export

Easily export your full product list for sharing, offline analysis, or backups — directly from the Products page.

7. Automated COGS Feed

Generate an automatically updated COGS data feed in Excel or CSV.
Set the update frequency (daily, weekly, monthly) and integrate it directly into your internal spreadsheets or tools for always-up-to-date cost tracking.

8. Persistent Dashboard URLs

Filters, columns, and table view settings are now saved in the URL. Share your exact view with your team or bookmark it for quick access later.

Why This Matters for Sellers

These updates are built to save you time, increase accuracy, and reduce manual work — so you can focus on growing your business instead of fixing reports or managing endless spreadsheets.
