“Other” Amazon Fees

Posted on Categories Uncategorized

Amazon has more than 70 FBA fees (or refunds), which are always debited. Sometimes it is charged at the account level (then you can see them in sellerboard under “more” on the tiles above). Sometimes they are charged at the product level. In this article, we will list and explain the fees. Here we go!

1. FBA Inbound Transportation Program Fee

Fee for the FBA inbound transport program (applies if you send the goods to the shipping center using an Amazon transport partner).

2. FBA Removal Fee

Remission fees that incur if you have goods from the warehouse sent back to you.

3. RE EVALUATION

This credit will be charged as soon as an already made refund is recalculated and credited to you.

4. CS ERROR NON ITEMIZED

Mistakes made by customer service, but not related to the product.

For example, you have been charged shipping costs, but the customer service should take it over.

These costs were then credited to you.

5. WAREHOUSE DAMAGE

Products that have been damaged in the shipping center and have been refunded to you.

6. WAREHOUSE LOST MANUAL

Items which got lost in the shipping center and have been refunded to you.

7. CS ERROR ITEMS

Customer service errors related to the product itself.

8. amazonFree -PromotionMetaDataDefinitionValue

Promo fees that apply when you sign up for an Amazon promotion

9. REVERSAL REIMBURSEMENT

Refunds with shipping by Amazon.

For example: the customer wants to return a product and gets 45 days time for it. The customer service will reimburse the customer first and collects the amount from you.

However, the customer does not return the item and will be charged again. You will get this money back.
