A new Money Back report was added to sellerboard

Great news!

A new Money Back report was added to sellerboard, this report helps you in finding cases where products have been lost or damaged at Amazon’s warehouse, and have neither been found nor reimbursed. It will also help you to find cases in which Amazon owes you money for customers’ returns.

Your inventory can also be lost or damaged by Amazon employees in the FBA Warehouse. Normally, Amazon should either find the lost inventory or reimburse you. However, sometimes this doesn’t happen. Using the Money Back report, you will also be able to find cases in which products were damaged or lost, and have neither been found nor reimbursed.

As we know, Amazon refunds an order as soon as a customer initiates a return (and charges the seller immediately). If a customer does not actually send the product back to FBA within 45 days, Amazon should reimburse the sum back to the seller. However, this doesn’t always happen. This report will help you to find such FBA errors so that you can claim your money back through the seller support.

Manually such cases are quite difficult to track and people often lose tens and hundreds of dollars on such returns, which weren’t reimbursed by Amazon. Now, using the Money Back report, you can track all cases of returns, damages or losses during a selected period, group them together, ask the seller support to research and reimburse you.
