New in sellerboard: Amortize Amazon Fees for a Clearer View of Your Real Profits

Posted on Categories Amazon fees, Changelog

Amazon fees like storage, removals, inbound transportation, and AWD charges are often billed as large one-time amounts — even though they relate to weeks or months of operations.

With the latest sellerboard update, you can now amortize multiple Amazon fee categories daily to create a more accurate and consistent view of your profitability over time.

📊 Profit: Amazon Fees Amortization

sellerboard now supports daily amortization for multiple Amazon fee categories — not just FBA storage fees.

Instead of seeing temporary profit spikes or sudden drops caused by lump-sum Amazon charges, costs are distributed across time automatically. This creates smoother reporting and helps you evaluate your business performance more realistically.

Supported fee categories include:

• FBA storage fees
• Removal & disposal fees
• AWD storage, transportation & processing fees
• Inbound transportation fees
• International freight, duty & tax fees
• Placement and convenience fees

This helps you understand your true product profitability over time by spreading operational Amazon fees more evenly across reporting periods.
