Shimmy and his brother Josh started their Amazon business 5 years ago on amazon.com and expanded to the UK a bit later. In addition to selling, Shimmy is a coach and runs his Youtube channel.
Shimmy doesn’t recommend going for a product for less than $15-$20 because your profit margin is going to be too low. However, you can break that rule if you find 3 great products with amazing demand for $7 each and launch them as a bundle, so you would have effectively a $21 product.
