Tracking Subscribe and Save performance with sellerboard

Posted on

For Amazon sellers enrolled in the Subscribe and Save program, understanding customer engagement and recurring revenue is crucial. sellerboard has introduced new features to help you track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to this program.

New metrics for Subscribe and Save

Two essential metrics have been added to the sellerboard profit dashboard: active subscriptions and revenue penetration. These metrics provide valuable insights into your Subscribe and Save performance.

Active Subscriptions

This metric counts the number of current active subscriptions linked to your products.

It’s an excellent measure of customer retention and the success of your Subscribe and Save program.

Revenue Penetration

This shows the percentage of your total sales that comes from recurring orders through the Subscribe and Save program.

These KPIs are available in the detailed view on sellerboard. You can access them under the “more” link at both the account and product levels.

Note: The numbers are reported for completed months and are not available for the current month.

Subscribe and Save trends

Additionally, you can explore the dynamics of your recurring revenue by examining the SnS metrics under the “Trends” tab in the dashboard.

If you have any questions about these new features or suggestions for future updates, we’d love to hear from you. Your input is invaluable in helping us tailor sellerboard to your needs.

Thank you for your continued support and for being an integral part of the sellerboard community.
